You will initially be contacted to discuss the property and your concerns.

Usually an inspection of the deeds involved and possibly a site visit are required to determine the scope of work necessary.

You will then be contacted again to discuss the work required and the costs. If you are in agreement, I will send you a written Survey Proposal, usually within 48 hours. The proposal will outline the scope of work, an esimate of costs, terms of payment and the timeline. There are no fees involved up to this point.
